Last updated: 3 June 2026
Data controller — David Mardashev (Israel). For any questions regarding the processing of data, write to email.
What data is collected
- Contact form data. The name, email address, and message you voluntarily submit through the form on the “Contact” page. Submission is handled by the third-party service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers the message by email.
- Analytics data. The site uses Yandex Metrica, including a click map (heatmap). Anonymised visit data is collected: IP address, device and browser type, referral source, pages viewed, and on-site actions. Cookies are used for this.
- Technical logs. When the site is accessed, the hosting (Google Firebase Hosting) and content delivery network (Fastly) automatically record standard technical data — IP address, browser type, request time.
Why the data is used
- to respond to your enquiry submitted through the form;
- to analyse and improve the use of the site;
- to ensure the security and operation of the site.
Legal bases (GDPR): your consent — for analytics cookies; legitimate interest — for responding to enquiries and securing the site.
Who the data is shared with
We do not sell your data. Individual operations are handled by service providers:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivery of form messages;
- Yandex (Yandex Metrica) — web analytics; Yandex servers are located in the Russian Federation;
- Google Firebase Hosting and Fastly — hosting and delivery of the site.
Because data may be processed outside your country (including in the Russian Federation and other jurisdictions), by using the site you consent to such transfer.
Cookies
The site uses Yandex Metrica cookies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some functionality may then work differently.
Retention
Messages from the form are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any subsequent correspondence. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the Yandex Metrica policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent previously given. To exercise these rights, write to email.
