Terms & Conditions

TraviGo is made by David Mardashev. By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. Effective 20 August 2026.

TraviGo was previously called Country Visits Tracker. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement is the licence under which the app is sold; the terms below sit alongside it and describe how TraviGo itself works.

The app is licensed, not sold

You get the right to use TraviGo on devices you own or control. The app, its name, its design and its code belong to David Mardashev. You may not copy or modify the app, extract its source code, translate it, or make derivative versions of it.

The subscription

The first ten trips are free. Beyond that TraviGo costs $0.99 a month, billed to your App Store account when you confirm the purchase.

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancelling is done in your Apple account settings, not in the app, and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules — TraviGo cannot issue them.

Prices may change. If that happens, Apple asks for your consent before charging the new price, and you can cancel instead.

Your account and your conduct

You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the accuracy of what you put into it. Do not use TraviGo to store or share anything unlawful, and do not share another person's travel data without their knowledge.

Keeping the device itself secure is your side of the bargain. A jailbroken or rooted phone loses the protections the operating system provides, and TraviGo may not work correctly on one.

What the numbers are, and what they are not

TraviGo counts days from what you enter and from what flight information services report. It is a tool for keeping track, not legal, immigration or tax advice.

Before you rely on a figure for a visa application, a tax return, a residence permit or a border crossing, check it against the rule that actually applies to you. David Mardashev accepts no liability for a decision taken on the strength of a number in the app.

Connection and charges

Some features need an internet connection, and TraviGo cannot work fully without one. If you use the app on a mobile connection, your operator's terms still apply and you may be charged for data, including roaming charges outside your home country. If someone else pays the bill for the device, we assume you have their permission.

Updates, and stopping

TraviGo is available on iOS. System requirements may change with new versions, and you may need to update the app to keep using it. There is no promise that the app will keep working with an old version of iOS.

The app may be changed, or discontinued, at any time. If it is discontinued, the rights granted here end and you should delete it from your device. Your data remains yours until then: export a report or delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

TraviGo uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, which have terms of their own. What they receive is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top moves when they are, and material changes are announced in the app.
